Ryan LaQuerre, CPA
Managing Partner
Ryan has been serving his community by providing accounting and tax consulting services for the surrounding LaQuerre Audi area since he graduated from CCSU in 1999. Growing up in Plainville, Ryan has a passion for connecting with the community by working closely with business owners and providing his tax expertise.
Since first working for the Firm, Ryan has worked diligently over the years to expand its operations and has a vision to continuously strive for distinction within the accounting and tax field.
Outside of work, Ryan can be found spending time with family and friends. He fulfills his competitive spirit by getting to the gym or working on perfecting his golf game.
Michael F. Audi, CPA

Michael joined the Firm in 2011 and became partner in 2018. In addition to his tax experience, Michael brings financial reporting expertise for various industries, specializing in construction and contracting for business compilation and review clients.
Michael grew up in Southington and graduated from CCSU in 1998. He takes pride in servicing local businesses and by building a firm that can be relied upon for their accounting and tax needs.
When he is not at work, Michael loves to spend time with his family and his two daughters. Michael stays active by spending time at the gym, enjoying a good meal, and being actively engaged as a soccer coach for his girls.

Judy Luce
Senior Accountant
Judy joined LaQuerre Audi in January 2020. She worked as an auditor in public accounting for McGladrey and also spent time in the financial reporting group at Stanley Black & Decker, followed by some time to be home with her three young daughters. Outside of work, Judy enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends.
Michael Scalia
Accounting Professional
Michael joined the firm in December 2022. He graduated from Pace University and then went on to obtain a Masters in Accounting from Albertus Magnus College. He began working in public accounting in 2018. While out of the office, Michael enjoys staying active through sports by playing on a recreational softball and basketball team.
Jack Ford
Bookkeeper
Jack joined LaQuerre Audi in 2020. He is a graduate of Loyola University in Maryland and is a former high school math teacher who has enjoyed his transition to accounting. Outside of work, he spends his time with his wife, two daughters, and their family dog. He also enjoys traveling and attending sports events.
Jaime Phillips
Office Manager
Jaime joined the firm in 2023. She previously managed multiple dental offices throughout Hartford and Middlesex County. When Jaime is not in the office she enjoys, gardening, reading a good book, and spending time with her husband, two stepchildren, three cats, and one dog.
Ariana Audi
Front Office Assistant
Ariana joined LaQuerre Audi in 2022. She obtained her Associates degree in Business Studies and is continuing to get her bachelor’s degree. In her spare time, Ariana enjoys nature, staying active, food, and spending time with family and friends.
